NextFleet
NextFleet is an Australia-wide fleet management company. As the business scaled nationally, its digital platforms no longer supported performance, usability or lead generation. Infusion121 rebuilt the website, design and tracking foundations to support stronger marketing outcomes and future growth.
Client Overview
NextFleet delivers end-to-end fleet solutions for businesses of all sizes across Australia. Backed by Mitsubishi Corporation, the business was positioned for national expansion but constrained by a digital ecosystem that had not evolved at the same pace.
The website structure, design and performance no longer supported user needs. Slow load times, fragmented navigation and inconsistent layouts created friction for users, while core marketing foundations such as SEO structure, conversion tracking and social presence were underdeveloped. This limited visibility and reduced lead quality.
Infusion121 was engaged to restructure NextFleet’s digital platform, improve performance and establish reliable marketing foundations capable of supporting scale across Australia.
01. The Challenge
Web Development
NextFleet’s website had grown organically over time, resulting in complexity rather than clarity. Repetitive page structures, outdated systems and legacy integrations made the site harder to navigate, maintain and scale.
- Confusing navigation caused by duplicated and repetitive pages
- Slow performance impacting user experience and search visibility
- Outdated CMS and backend systems limiting flexibility and efficiency
Design
The front-end experience no longer reflected the brand or supported conversion. Inconsistent layouts and dated design patterns made it difficult for users to find important information or take action.
- Poor UX and UI leading to unclear user pathways
- Inconsistent visual hierarchy across key pages
Marketing
Core digital marketing foundations were underdeveloped, limiting visibility and performance across channels. Tracking issues also meant optimisation decisions were based on incomplete data.
- Missing SEO fundamentals such as H1s and metadata
- Excessive redirects affecting crawlability and rankings
- Inaccurate Google Ads conversion tracking
- No active social presence to support awareness or demand
02. Strategy
To address NextFleet’s digital challenges, Infusion121 delivered an integrated strategy spanning web development, design and marketing. The focus was to simplify the user experience, modernise the platform and establish strong, measurable marketing foundations to support national growth.
